A private personal training session is all about you! Your 1-on-1 trainer will take you through specific, goal oriented, workouts on every visit. With private personal training we guarantee it will be just you and your trainer working together every visit. Just schedule the time that works best for you and your trainer will have the workout ready and waiting. Let us do the thinking for you!


If you like working out with friends, or just like the added energy of a small group workout then semi-private training sessions are for you! Semi-private sessions allow you to workout with one or two of our other motivated clients at the same time. You book the workout time that works best for you and we do the rest. Your workout program for the day is still specific to your goals and fitness level but you get to share a workout time with other motivated clients working toward their fitness goals just like you!


If making it to the gym doesn’t fit in your lifestyle right now, or you just like the ease and practicality of working out from home then check out our virtual training option! Our virtual training is done through the Zoom app. Just download the free app and schedule your workouts just like you were coming into the studio. We’ll guide you through the workouts on screen so you can see and hear your trainer the whole time. Whether you have a full in home gym or just a little space and few dumbbells we can make an effective program designed for you.
