Our beginner workouts are best for people who have never worked out consistently or who have taken a fitness sabbatical for for a year or more. The workouts will focus on full body conditioning and waking up dormant muscles! The workouts are designed for you to exert your best effort then fully recover before your next exercise. We'll have a specific number of cardio days and recovery days to keep you moving consistently without overdoing it. The goal is to get you moving and using muscles you haven't used in a while, but not to make you so sore that you can't move the next day.
In our intermediate program we want to help fast track your fitness progress. This program is best for someone who has been exercising 2-4 days a week for at least several months and feels they're ready to ramp things up. In this program we will focus on full body workouts designed to challenge your muscle endurance and strength. This will provide a great combination of toning muscles, strengthening, and increasing cardiovascular endurance.
Our advanced program is great for someone who is already in a workout routine but wants to change up their program and explore new workouts and exercises. If you've already seen great results and you're just looking for the next level, or maybe you just like having your butt kicked, then this program is for you! We will focus on full body, compound exercises to get your heart rate up and work a ton of muscles at one time. Combine that with some focused strength training days and you're absolutely going to reach new fitness milestones.
